José Silva has substantial experience in various Architectural sectors including Master Planning, Office, Hospitality, Residential, Civic & Leisure and Conventions & Exhibitions. His knowledge and participation involves all phases of the Projects, from Concept Design to Documentation and to Site Assistance. Before joining Aedas, he was associated with MV Ltd, Macau and Aetec-Mo, Macau. With Aedas-Hong Kong, he worked on Design Development and Documentation for the Saint Regis Hotel and Service Apartments’ Tower in Cotai Parcel 5&6, Macau. In January 2008, he moved to Aedas Singapore where he was appointed Team Leader for Skypark at the Marina Bay Sands. Subsequently, he was involved in the construction stage of “Sentosa Boardwalk”, also in Singapore, and the design of “Danga Bay” Concept Master Plan in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Since 2011, José has been leading a Design Team for Projects in Indonesia, Cambodia and the Middle East, namely the Noble House Tower, World Capital Tower, World Financial Tower, Jakarta International (JI) Expo Hall F, JIExpo Master Plan, Lido Lakes Master Plan, Bali Nirwana Resort Master Plan, Bintaro Plaza Master Plan, Tunjungan Plaza #4 and #5, Kemayoran Holiday Inn Express, in Indonesia; 118 Residences, Boeng Kak Mix Use, Sathapana/Maruhan Head Quarters Tower, Russian Boulevard Mix Use in Cambodia; AlKhuwair Hilton Garden Inn, Ghala Master Plan and Ghala Biz Park, in Muscat–Oman; among others.
