Joshua Lax brings a variety of experience to Mizrahi Developments. Having worked on a diverse portfolio of mixed use real estate assets across North America, he is able to offer hands-on, on-site involvement with each of the Mizrahi projects. Joshua works closely with project trades, consulting engineers and municipal planners in order to meet corporate objectives and uphold the calibre of excellence to which Mizrahi clients are accustomed. In addition to his development-related responsibilities, Joshua also works on Mizrahi’s marketing campaigns and investment publications.
