Jürgen Stake studied 1981-1985 at the Engineering College of Cottbus in the field of structural engineering and a doctorate in 1991 at the College of Civil Engineering in Cottbus. From 1991 he worked as a project manager in an Engineering Office for facade engineering and building physics and was involved in the planning, tender and controlling known Berlin building facades. In addition he was responsible on many projects for the building physics planning and monitoring. In 2005, he joined the construction group HOCHTIEF AG. In the project service of HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH, Branch Office Berlin, he was responsible for the costing, technical audit, tender and award of facades on numerous projects. During the project execution, he ensures detail coordination between the facades companies and with the other trades as planning Coordinator. The cost and schedule control, as well as the quality assurance system on site will be part of his remit.
