SRIVATHSA. K.B. is known for his multi-disciplinary practices, he received his B-Arch from JNTU, Hyd (1983), & M.Arch from SPA, New Delhi (1985) with Merit Scholarship. In his professional experience, with leading roles & as partners he has represented many reputed firms. He actively participates as Jury member in various exhibitions, architecture & urban design competitions, well known in the regional architecture colleges, as he continues to represent as visiting & guest faculty.
Nearing 4-decades in the industry, he has managed to sustain his reputation of excellence with many awards & honours. He was awarded best landscape architect of the state united AP, anchor choice awards – IIA (2006), he has bagged many other awards & recognitions.
Currently he is associated with Genesis Planners Pvt. Ltd., as one of design directors, noted for his contributions in master planning, urbanization, & socio-spatial ecosystems at multiple scale projects. Many of his recent works are well known in the region, Eco-city planning (Tirupati), Eco-tourism Landscape conservation master plan (Durgam Cheruvu), Master Plan for Kailasagiri Hill (Vishakapatnam), foreground area heritage precinct (Qutub Shahi Tombs), Lung Space Jail Park Design (Vishakapatnam), Urban Lake Restoration & Park Design (Malkam Cheruvu Park) and master planning for several temple towns in combined AP.
