I am responsible for overseeing the strategic sourcing of materials, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all procurement activities align with the company’s sustainability goals. My role is crucial in driving cost-effective, high-quality outcomes while embedding environmental responsibility into every aspect of our projects. By leveraging advanced engineering tools and cost evaluation techniques, I ensure that our developments meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability, contributing to Phoenix Group’s reputation for excellence and innovation.
With over 20 years of experience, I bring a strong background in Development Management, Design Management, Value Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Sustainability. My expertise in composite steel structures across multiple projects adds significant value to my role. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, and my strong foundation in arts and design further enhances my contributions to the construction and real estate sectors.
