Karl is the Built Environment sector leader, for Mott MacDonald in New Zealand. He has trained in both engineering and architecture, and has extensive experience working in structural and façade engineering consulting. Mott MacDonald opens opportunities for connected thinking through effective collaboration, and cross-fertilisation across industries, disciplines and organisations.
Karl and his teams are sought after for strategic insights on complex projects, delivering building consulting on projects. He strives to facilitate early strategic direction to deliver elegant solutions appropriate to the specific constraints, and available skills and systems.
Current projects include many of New Zealand’s large and complex including; Auckland International Airport Domestic Processor and Enabling Works, Te Kaha – Canterbury Multi Use Arena, Symphony – Aotea Over Station Development, Wellington Convention Centre, 1 Whitmore St (BNZ Wellington), Lakeview Te Taumata.
