Karoline is Business Development Manager at Henning Larsen in Norway, driving sales and market outreach in the region.
Based in Oslo since 2012, Karoline has been a key figure in establishing Henning Larsen’s presence in Norway. From Norway herself and representing a globally recognized architecture brand, Karoline combines global expertise and learnings from international projects with local knowledge of the Norwegian market, context, and climate.
Prior to her current role, Karoline managed the Oslo office while working as an architect and a team lead on one of Norway’s most expansive university projects – the veterinary school of Campus Ås. She followed the project from early phase programming to completion at the building site almost a decade later.
Karoline cultivates innovative approaches to collaboration with partners and clients, lately with the high rise building at Lilletorget, in the center of Oslo.
