Global Design Principal, Aedas
Ken Wai is passionate about architecture. He received professional training in the United Kingdom and has over 35 years of experience in major international practices. As a Global Design Principal of Aedas, he directs the designs of a wide spectrum of architectural projects on both national and global scales. His specialization lies in holistic mixed-use developments, major infrastructure facilities, high end office towers, luxurious hotels as well as bespoke private residences.
Apart from being one of the design leaders in Aedas, he is also very committed to education and professional developments. He had been an external examiner for the Hong Kong University (HKU) and currently is the Chairman of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) China Chapter. He is also a PRC Class I registered architect and a committee member of the China Green Building Council.
