Senior Associate Principal, SOM
Kevin Conway is a Senior Associate Principal in SOM’s Los Angeles Studio. With over 20 years of experience, Kevin brings a deep commitment to shaping dynamic urban environments through mixed-use commercial, office, residential, and hospitality projects. His work is grounded in the creation of vibrant public spaces that enrich the surrounding urban fabric, combining architectural innovation with thoughtful place making.
Kevin leads projects with a collaborative approach, engaging closely with clients, designers, artists, and consultants to deliver responsive, context-driven solutions. He integrates client objectives, regulatory frameworks, and site-specific conditions into cohesive design visions that contribute meaningfully to the city.
Kevin is currently leading the design of 2500 Cedar Springs, a 1.4 million-square-foot development in Dallas that includes a Class A office building, a multifamily residential tower, and a hotel-condo tower. Centered around a one-acre urban park, the project establishes a new heart for the Uptown neighborhood.
