Kristi Tashi is a Senior architect with experience in project management and in designing and supervising of buildings, urban and infrastructure projects, open space and landscape projects, 5 years of local experience in project manager, designing and supervising architectural designs, concept developments, strategic spatial transformations and urban renewal projects, high profile design and construction work experience in Albania.
Excellent experience as a designer, project director or client
representative, development of urban master plans & local
development plans, and production of documents from concept
to detailed design, cost estimations, technical specifications,
contracting and coordination of different experts and engineers,
preparing building & development permits and the supervision
of implementation works.
Extensive design, planning and construction experience
with high-rise buildings, cultural facilities (museums), large-
scale urban & public infrastructures projects (urban space
regeneration, urban waterfronts, public squares, playgrounds),
educational buildings (elementary, kindergartens), public
buildings & institutions , commercial buildings (hotels, offices),
residential parks and multi-functional building complexes and
natural sites ( public parks, coastline developments and seaside
activities and attractors).
Good knowledge of urban & building construction codes, fire
protection & environmental norms.
