As a Principal and Sr. Project Manager at HOK Seattle, Laurie Bull creates an atmosphere of high-performance collaboration and efficient processes in service of great design, sustainability, and client delight. She skillfully partners design teams with contractors to understand market conditions to forecast and minimize risks to schedule and budget.
With over 25 years in the architecture and development industry, Laurie manages large scale airport, healthcare, civic, commercial and corporate projects. As part of the HOK Seattle management team she is closely involved in leadership and strategic planning.
An experienced facilitator and coach, Laurie brings her love of great conversation, shared knowledge, and inquiry to this role as moderator.
Laurie holds dual Bachelor degrees in Architecture and Architectural Studies from Washington State University, studied at the Royal Danish Academy, and completed coach training with SeattleCoach in 2021.
