Léonardo worked for 15 years in a structural and façade design office, first at RFR and then at T/E/S/S (integrated at the time of its creation in 2007). He worked on a wide range of ambitious projects, from complex geometric towers in Jordan to the rehabilitation of the Maison de la Radio and the Tour Montparnasse in Paris. Whether on the environmental design of the envelope or on innovative facade technologies, he always keeps a particular attention for the architecture, by proposing technical solutions in perfect coherence with the architectural concept. He has long been interested in multi-disciplinary networks and the marriage of technical and architectural cultures.
At Hardel Le Bihan Architects, he assists the project teams in developing the technical details of the envelope (waterproofing, façades, etc.). From the very first phases of the design, he participates in the orientation of the architectural choices and suggests avenues of reflection on the structure or the environmental strategy.
