Li Yang is the Technical Director for Built Environment Melbourne and the Façade leader in Melbourne. He has an MSc in Façade Engineering from the University of Bath (UK) and a Bachelor of Architecture from the National University of Singapore. He has 29 years of experience in the construction industry including over 23 years in the façade industry. He has a broad experience base of projects in Singapore, South East Asia, UAE, Australia, and New Zealand. He is the Project Director for the Melbourne Square Project, a multidisciplinary engineering project involving 12 engineering disciplines. Li also worked on the Façade on the highest residential tower in the Southern Hemisphere Australia 108 Melbourne, Zaha Hadid’s Tower on 600 Collins Street in Melbourne, Jean Nouvel’s Le Nouvel, Kuala Lumper, Ken Yeang’s Solaris Singapore, and UN Studio’s Shenton V Singapore.
