Director, Newcrest
Lincoln is a Director of Newcrest and has been responsible for all aspects of design and delivery across a range of residential, commercial and industrial projects. Newcrest has specialised in the development of investment grade office properties including Auckland’s KPMG Centre, Vodafone v.nue and the NZI Centre, which have all won the Property Council’s Supreme Award.
Most recently Newcrest has completed Wellington’s 20 Customhouse Quay, a NZGBC Five Star Green Star rated building and New Zealand’s most seismically advanced office tower.
As a property investor, Newcrest places a high priority on the ongoing operational and maintenance efficiency of its buildings. Design decisions on new projects are made with the long term interests of the building’s occupiers and owners in mind and are supported by experience learned on previous projects.
Lincoln was a director of the New Zealand Green Building Council from 2011 to 2016.
