Linn Dahlberg is a business developer with responsibility for customer and product at Fabege. Fabege develops and manages commercial properties and housing in a number of well-located submarkets in Stockholm and focuses on creating buildings and environments where people feel good and perform better. At Fabege, Linn works in many customer dialogues with responsibility for understanding the customer’s needs and translating these into the physical environment. Examples of this are Alfa Laval, Dramatens and Operans studios, Comfort hotel Solna, SEB and Bilia. Linn also works with the company’s development properties and development areas, both new production and development of existing properties. There she has dialogues with customers, architects, technical consultants and authorities, and she works to balance sustainability, aesthetics, function and given cost frames.
