Lolitha Amdia is a seasoned architect with over 30 years of experience in the architecture and real estate industry. A graduate of MIT, Manipal, she has built a dynamic career working across a wide spectrum of prestigious projects and organizations.
Throughout her journey, Lolitha has collaborated with renowned international and national architectural firms, including the acclaimed Hadi Teherani Architects and RSP Architects, gaining exposure to cutting-edge design thinking and multidisciplinary practices. She has also played key roles in project development with leading developers such as Puravankara, Bagmane Group, and Karle Group, contributing significantly to landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Recently, she has taken on a new chapter by joining Rathi Associates, where she continues to bring her rich expertise, leadership, and design sensibility to the forefront of contemporary architectural practice.
