Head - Asset Management, ARA Private Funds | Real Estate
Ms Lorayne Lie Sook Sian is Head of Asset Management of ARA Private Funds (APAC Real Estate), responsible for all asset management activities in the division.
Ms Lie has over 25 years of experience in asset management, leasing and marketing of real estate in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining ARA, Ms Lie was Executive Director of Asset Management at JP Morgan Asset Management/Aviva Investors Asia, managing offices, retail and industrial assets in Australia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and Singapore from 2011 to 2018. She was Manager of Asset Management at AIG Global Real Estate Investment (Asia) LLC from 2007 to 2010, focusing on opportunistic funds with presence in Singapore and Malaysia. Ms Lie held various marketing and asset management positions with CapitaLand Commercial Limited from 1998 to 2006, covering China, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam. Prior to that, Ms Lie was part of the marketing team in Jones Lang Wootton’s Commercial Department. She started her career with Singapore’s Jurong Town Corporation.
Ms Lie holds a Master of Business Administration from Imperial College, London and a Bachelor of Science (Estate Management) (Second Upper Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
