Lucia has 34 years’ experience in Building Industry and includes 22 years’ experience in Facade engineering. She has extension experience of design and consultancy in facade engineering and Building Maintenance Unit. She has been involved many major international projects in China, Hong Kong, Australia, Singapore, and New Zealand such as Shanghai Center Tower, Dongguan Minying World Trade Center, China Resources Building A Nanning, Hiakou International Finance Center, Nanjing Qingao Center, One Avenue (Gangxia Redevelopment) Shenzhen, River Tower Pearl Guangzhou, Shanghai Pudong Kerry Centre, Shanghai Natural History Museum, ICC at Kowloon Station, No.1 Peking Road Hong Kong, National Library Board Singapore, Suntec City Singapore, Q1 Tower Surfaces Paradise, University of Sydney – Law Faculty etc.
