Project Director, British Land
Lynn joined British Land as a Project Director within the Development Team back in 2017. Since joining British Land she has lead the delivery of large commercial office spaces in central London. This includes leading the Norton Folgate development – a 340,00sqft multi plot project combining retained facades, retained buildings and new construction. The extensive archaeology across the site, eclectic mix of existing structures, heritage elements, proximity to local residential streets, the main trainline into Liverpool Street and city red routes have made this project an exciting challenge.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Lynn started her career as a site engineer and spent the first 18 years working as a Main Contractor on various major projects across the UK. With a background in project and preconstruction management she has worked in a wide variety of different sectors including; PFI schools, science laboratories, research centres, retail, leisure, residential and commercial offices. In the late 2000’s Lynn was a key part of the project team who delivered the RIBA Stirling prize winning Sainsbury Laboratory in Cambridge.
