Madhusudhan Karatgi is a Senior Associate Director in the Project Management Team with CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India. He has an overall experience of more than 30 years of professional experience which includes heading Real Estate development companies.
He has been instrumental in strategizing the project management methodology, including contract classification, selection of architects and key vendors, advising the client on SEZ /STPI related issues. He comes from a civil engineering / business management background and he has worked in various capacities in areas of design management, project management of high rise commercial, institutional, hospitality, industrial, infrastructure and residential and mixed development projects. He is adept in managing projects through planning, strategies & implementing activity sequencing and resource management. Analysis of client requirements, estimations, risk, metrics identification, workforce management & effective utilization of teams.
