Maela Allegretti is a façade specialist with extensive experience in holistic building design and a deep understanding of the technical factors shaping envelope performance. She leads the Façade team in the South-West region, following ten years with the London team, and is committed to delivering high-quality, efficient solutions across projects of all scales.
Maela has led complex developments with a focus on bespoke façade systems, building physics, circular design, and carbon-conscious strategies. Her work spans both new-build and retrofit projects, including residential, commercial, higher education, healthcare, cultural, and mixed-use developments.
Her international portfolio includes projects across Europe, India, the USA, Korea, and the UK, reflecting her ability to adapt design excellence to diverse contexts and challenges.
