Associate Principal, Grimshaw
Gosha (Malgorzata) Haley is an Associate Principal at Grimshaw and has worked at the practice since 2000. For the past twenty years, Gosha has worked on and led Grimshaw projects in Europe, the U.S., the Middle East and Australasia across diverse sectors, predominantly in infrastructure and aviation, but also in the commercial, education, research and retail sectors. She is passionate about designing for a regenerative future, and promoting the importance of cultural diversity and biodiversity through creating environments that allow everyone to thrive. Educated in Poland and England, Gosha is a successful designer, innovator, and leader, proven in navigating complex design challenges and upholding collaborative stakeholder relationships. Over the years, she has focused on customer experience design of complex public buildings, and in particular, façade design. Since 2014 she has been working on New Zealand’s city shaping project Auckland City Rail Link on reference design stage initially, focusing on customer experience design and strategies, and more recently, as part of Link Alliance team, on the delivery stage as Design Lead of front of house and facade design.
