With over 9 years of experience, Manash Sinha Roy has led varied projects ranging from Commercial, Residential, Retail, to Hospital and service apartments. Manash was instrumental in setting up the Kolkata Design Studio for Edifice. Being a passionate owner of the project he has successfully seen through the entire journey of most of his projects from its Conceptual origin to detail design including checking design fidelity during execution. Being in constant design dialogue with corporate and developers he feels that the true challenge for an architect is to merge creativity with cost effectiveness.
His perspective to the practice is to incorporate innovative ideas to each design, ensuring the end result addresses to the client‘s needs in an environmentally sensitive way.
