Marcelo Ignatios is an Architect and Urban Planner, specialist in Real Estate Development, Master in Planning and Territory Management. With more than 20 years of experience in the field of urbanism, he has been working with the structuring of public and private projects and urban regulation processes throughout the country. As a public manager of SP Urbanismo, Marcelo actively participated in the elaboration of the Master Plan of São Paulo in 2014 and the zoning law of 2016, coordinating economic feasibility studies in the interface with the private sector. He currently works as a consultant for municipalities and companies in the feasibility of master plans and large urban projects.
