Technical Project Manager, New Hudson Facades
Maria Cabrera is a Technical Project Manager at New Hudson Facades with over eight years of experience in facade engineering. Since joining NHF in 2018 after earning her B.S. in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University, she has worked on several major New York City projects including 50 Hudson Yards, 270 Park Avenue, 20 Hudson Yards, and 383 Madison Avenue.
On 270 Park Avenue, Maria served as the Submittal Drawing Lead for what became NHF’s largest and one of its most technically challenging projects to date. Her work focused on coordinating the project’s highly customized facade systems, including the integration of bronze metal panels, waterproofing interfaces and other exterior wall components while coordinating closely with fabrication. She also served as engineering lead for the project’s large-scale performance mock-up.
