Senior Principal | Director of Sustainability Integration, SmithGroup
Marilyn Specht is a Senior Principal and the Director of Sustainability Integration at SmithGroup. In this role, she works closely with the national multidisciplinary Climate IMPACT team and experts across all disciplines to integrate holistic sustainability and regenerative design, scaling climate action across the firm. Marilyn currently serves on Living Future’s Materials Health Technical Advisory Group and USGBC’s LEED Environmental Quality Technical Advisory Group.
Previously, Marilyn was the Vice President of Sustainability at Introba (formerly Integral Group) where she worked with clients around the world to develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs across their portfolios and within communities.
Combining passion with her experience, Marilyn spends each day working to solve our most complex challenges at the intersection of sustainability, health and wellness, and equity.
