His expertise in the public sector at the City of Montreal and the Ministry of Culture and Communications of Quebec, as well as in the private sector, skillfully combines mastery of technical tools and regulatory frameworks. He has in-depth knowledge of conservation approaches, philosophies, and methodologies, including the Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada. Working within complex sites and multidisciplinary projects, Mark brings a unique perspective and candor to his conservation and planning files.
