Managing Principal - Architecture, Perkins & Will / Penoyre & Prasad
Across the last two decades at Penoyre & Prasad, and now as part of the Perkins&Will family, Mark’s projects have consistently explored how, through design, we can build beautiful places, deliver value in its widest sense, and minimise our collective impact on the planet.
Whether addressing residential, healthcare, education, or commercial briefs he always seeks to challenge orthodoxies, think creatively, and speak frankly to the realities of both commercial imperatives and individuals lived experiences. The success of this approach has been recognised by a string of awards for, and articles about, those completed projects.
Mark is a certified Passivhaus Designer and has been instrumental in developing our London Studio’s commitment to net zero and our standard offer of costed, net-zero carbon operational design strategies to all clients at RIBA Work Stage 2. Earlier in his career he acted regularly as a cladding specialist and has retained a keen interest in the evolution of façade systems ever since.
