Development Director, Argent
Mark Swinburne is a Development Director at Related Argent and joined the business in April 2013 to work as part of the team responsible for delivering the new European headquarters for Google. Over the past nine years he has led commercial developments as part of Argent’s transformational masterplan of King’s Cross, and since 2016, has worked as development and design lead across the new 1000-home residential masterplan for the redevelopment of Tottenham Hale.
Mark studied architecture at the University of Sheffield where he received a first-class BA (Hons), Dip Arch and Masters of Architecture, before qualifying as an architect in 2008. He enjoys working on projects of differing scales, with career highlights including The Wrapped House (IDE-Architecture), Holland Park School and Al Bahr Towers (Aedas London) and Art, Villes & Paysage (Collectif NineteenEightyOne). His work has been exhibited at The RIBA, Somerset House and the London Architecture Biennale.
