Senior Associate, One Works
Marlice is an architect who graduated from Roma Tre University in 2017. She began her professional career in Rome at Luca Peralta Design & Consulting, where she worked on design competitions and public tenders for educational buildings, as well as high-end residential projects.
Since joining One Works in 2019, she has been involved in the development of urban and architectural analyses for large-scale real estate projects, primarily within the office and residential sectors. Her work focuses on regulatory compliance, planning strategies, and authorization processes for new developments, renovations, and adaptive reuse, in close coordination with public authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
She has contributed to projects across all design phases, from concept to execution, and has supported artistic site supervision for major institutional and urban regeneration projects in Italy.
