Director, RLB Pentad
Martin Meinesz is a director of national quantity surveying practice RLB Pentad running their Cape Town office. Martin graduated with a BSc (Hons) from the University of Cape Town and has nearly 20 years’ experience in the industry as a professional quantity surveyor. He is also an accredited Greenstar professional with the GBCSA. Martin has experience in commercial, retail, residential and industrial buildings. He has worked on the Portside building in Cape Town, completed in 2014 with a 5 star design and as built GBCSA rating. Portside, built at a R900m construction cost for FirstRand and Old Mutual, is the tallest building in Cape Town with a construction area of over 116,000m² and featuring a double glazed unitized façade of +/- 27,000m².
