Meritxell Moyà Vilalta

Building Department Vice-Director, Batlleiroig

Meritxell Moyà Vilalta (Lleida, 1978) holds a degree in Architecture from the Vallès School of Architecture (ETSAV-UPC, 2004) and a degree in Technical Architecture from the Barcelona Polytechnic University School (EUPB-UPC, 2000). She joined the Batlleiroig studio in 2006, where she currently heads the facades department and is deputy director of the building department, leading a team of more than 20 architects. Since 2020, she has been an associate of the studio, participating in strategic decision-making and managing building projects of various scales. Throughout her career, she has focused on the design and development of numerous projects, including the UPC’s Diagonal Besòs Campus in Port Fòrum, the Helix Cruise Terminal in the Port of Barcelona, and various office buildings in Barcelona, such as 3X on Paral·lel, Inspire, A100, Badajoz 97, Tànger 36, and Parc Glòries Office Building, among others.
