Architect Associate, BDP
Michael joined BDP in 2017 and has experience working across multiple sectors, with a focus on workplace, with his most recent completion a new UK centre for Microsoft. Currently he is leading the refurbishment of the old Typhoo Tea Factory in Digbeth which will become the new home of the BBC in the region, with local developer Stoford. Michael also has key expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), including a key role in the digital delivery of the refurbishment of the Palace of Westminster.
Michael has been involved with many Birmingham groups and initiatives over the years. He currently sits on Colmore BID Outstanding Places Working Group, is a member of the British Council for Offices and is a visiting critic at Birmingham School of Architecture. Michael is also is a Past President of the Birmingham Architectural Association.
