Michael has 21 Years of experience with the leading project management firm on the African Continent. He started with Betts Projects in 1997, demonstrating loyalty and determination to climb to the top.
He had a short stint with a Boutique Hotel Chain in East Africa as Development Manager and further in London with Royal Bank of Scotland, ISG. This enhanced his understanding of large multinational corporate requirements.
Further to this, through working in multiple countries, with a multitude of listed companies Michael has developed a profound understanding of driving new business and delivering the same in challenging markets. He has a solid understating of retail, commercial and hotel developments and the ability to deliver in tough political climates.
