Miguel A. Núñez got a Master degree in architecture in 2001 and later an Official Master Program in Finite Element Method (FEM / FEA) at the UNED. In 2016 he got the Ph.D. in Structural Prestressed Glass Beams at UPM. In 2000 he began his career in the world of the envelope acquiring a great knowledge of the systems and materials of this discipline. During his professional experience he has developed relevant façade projects for singular buildings, in Spain or in other countries. In recent years he has become specialist in structural glass projects.
In the field of research and development, he is a member of the Spanish committee for the development of the Eurocode of glass and participates as professor in different Master and courses, as well as develops papers in different international congresses as the GPD.
