Mikhail Balagurov is a Russian automatic control systems engineer graduated in 1995 and MBA graduated in 2004. In the first years of his career, he was a Commercial Director for big FMCG company. In 2008 he started as General Director in the production & distribution of roofing materials, and he has been developing markets in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries. Since 2012, he is active as a Commercial Director at LLC VILPE Rus, a Russian division of a Finnish family-owned company specialised about 50 years in mechanical ventilation, natural ventilation and innovative products of roofs, such as exhaust ventilation pipes, roof fans and a new types of roofing fasteners, where here too he is developing new markets.
