Minsu Kim is an architect and design director with 20 years of experience in designing and building projects around the world. He worked as a project architect in Dubai and Korea and executed high-profile landmark projects in Jakarta, Singapore, and Riyadh, taking charge of design and engineering on-site. He is currently pursuing the modular business at Samsung C&T, aiming for a sustainable future in construction with a focus on establishing the most advanced and efficient production facility to transform the industry into the manufacturing realm. He has also designed and developed modular products and executed pilot projects in Saudi Arabia and Korea by leading a multidisciplinary group of people, fostering an integrated design process. He is a licensed architect, Professional Engineer Architectural Execution and LEED AP BD+C. He holds a master’s degree in architecture from Cornell University, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Yonsei University.
