Mohammad Almohazam is the Sales and Estimation Manager at PREMIUM, where we drives the company’s façade business line across some of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious developments. With a background in estimation and over five years of dedicated façade experience, I have been essential in shaping PREMIUM’s market presence for the last four years.
My portfolio spans diverse façade systems — including curtain walls, structural glazing, skylights, shading solutions, and bespoke architectural features — for high-profile projects such as KAFD, King Salman Park, Red Sea Global, Qiddiya and Misk Schools. Working closely with global system suppliers, and ensures complex façade designs are executed with both technical precision and commercial efficiency.
My focus lies in balancing performance and constructability with client expectations, aligning façade solutions with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its drive for innovation and world-class urban development.
