Technical Advisory Center Manager for Europe, AME & APAC, Guardian Glass
Nasser Labidi is the Technical Advisory Center (TAC) Manager for Guardian Glass across Europe, the Middle East & Africa (AME), and Asia Pacific (APAC). He leads a team of 13 engineers and architects based at Guardian’s regional hub in Cairo, Egypt.
His team provides tailored glazing recommendations for construction projects around the world, based on architectural plans, energy and acoustic requirements, aesthetic preferences, local regulations, and green building certification goals such as LEED or BREEAM using advanced engineering calculation tools. These recommendations support Guardian Glass customers in specifying the most appropriate selective solar control glass compositions for their façades.
Mr. Labidi joined Guardian Glass in 2017 and has held various roles in architectural sales and design. From 2017 to 2022, he supported major façade projects in France such as Tour Triangle, Tour Ariane, Tour Keiko, and The Link, working closely with architects, façade engineers, and contractors to define the optimal glazing solution through calculations, sampling, and visual mock-ups. Since 2022, as TAC Manager, he has contributed to high-impact international projects, including the King Tower in Jeddah, by overseeing detailed thermal and structural glass analyses.
