Nassim Saoud is an Architect DPLG and the Director for the EMEA region with more than 15 years of experience including 10 years as a core member of Trimble Consulting (ex Gehry Technologies). He is responsible for Global delivery of all EMEA projects, as well as direct clients consulting for strategic positions about technology adoption and complex projects developments and execution for a full range of projects across different regions of the world. His areas of expertise include global Project Delivery Systems™, advanced modeling and analysis for complex design, design optimization and integration, process and supply chain mapping, and design to fabrication automation.
He has developed extensive experience and data-driven expertise focused on the convergence, synthesis and deployment of processes and strategies that integrate project teams and stakeholders involved in the delivery of complex and large-scale projects. He leads a team of consultants working with major design, engineering and construction companies. Nassim is also engaged as a guest professor for the use of BIM in the delivery of complex projects in architecture and engineering schools and universities.
