Nassos Fatseas is a Senior Development Director at Lamda Development, playing a pivotal role in The Ellinikon project—one of the most ambitious urban regeneration initiatives in Europe. Within this transformative development, he oversees key components including the Riviera Galleria, a luxury retail and lifestyle destination along the Athenian Riviera; the Ellinikon Mall, a major commercial hub designed to serve the new city and surrounding areas; and the Metropolitan Park, envisioned as one of the largest coastal parks in Europe, integrating green spaces, cultural venues, and recreational facilities. With over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, Nassos has contributed to several landmark international projects such as the MGM Project in Dubai, Baha Mar Resort in the Bahamas, Port Baku Residences in Azerbaijan, and the Sochi Olympics in Russia. These projects reflect his expertise in managing large-scale, high-profile developments across diverse markets, blending luxury, sustainability, and urban innovation.
