Neelu Dhar, Director – Projects at Morphogenesis, pursued his architectural education from the Centre of Design Education, in Maharashtra. He joined the firm in 2003 and since then, his comprehensive experience in design has translated into robust conceptual works that are spread across a wide spectrum of typologies and scales, including décor, hospitality, private residences, offices, institutional designs, and residential towers. From the onset of his tenure, he has spearheaded some of the firm’s most notable projects, such as The British School, New Delhi, Surat Diamond Bourse, Surat, Campus for ITC, Kolkata, Corporate Headquarters, Ahmedabad, Corporate Office for Grant Thornton, New Delhi, The Hilton, Varanasi, Taj, Bengaluru, and the Commercial Development for Ascendas, Chennai, along with numerous private residences across India.
Neelu has an exceptional ability to grasp the finer nuances that create an appealing, functional, and meaningful environment. He has spent over two decades within the field, leading projects from conceptual stages to their final execution. Apart from his design experience, he has also been the recipient of a leadership award in ‘Professional Excellence in Interior Design & Architecture’ category at the NCR Leadership Award Summit, 2019, along with being a certified GRIHA trainer.
