Neil has 19 years of experience delivering cost and commercial management consultancy for major UK property projects. Prior to forming Cast, Neil was a Partner in the EC Harris/Arcadis London property team. Neil specialises in residential and residential led mixed use regeneration projects; with experience in affordable housing, student accommodation, ‘starter homes’, build to rent, mainstream residential, later living and luxury residences.
Neil is both client and service focused and has led delivery for some of the biggest names in the UK development world on a broad spectrum of projects. Neil is currently leading the commercial management on schemes such as Station Hill, Reading for Lincoln MGT and Westferry Printworks, Isle of Dogs for Northern and Shell.
Neil has an exceptional track record of helping clients optimise value from their assets – working collaboratively in teams and across all phases of the asset lifecycle to improve performance. Neil is a member of the RICS.
