Head of Façades, Wates Construction
With over 35 years of experience within the Building Envelope Sector, Neville is responsible for developing and delivering Wates’ façade and roofing strategy. He has also been the driving force behind the Joint Competence Initiative for the Envelope Sector (JCI), which he currently Chairs, working with the HSE, the Building Safety Regulator, the CWCT and a range of other leading trade bodies to develop appropriate competency standards that will help the Sector meet the requirements of the Building Safety Act.
