As a Senior Project Manager, Nick’s responsibilities include acting as the day-to-day project manager on complex design and construction projects for both clients and LMP’s principal portfolio. With 12+ years of real estate experience, he has worked on academic, residential, infrastructure, and commercial projects and is a LEED Accredited Professional. Nick is currently working on the 2,699 unit Bunker Hill Housing Redevelopment in Charlestown.
Prior to joining Leggat McCall Properties, Nick was a Virtual Design and Construction Manager for Suffolk Construction where he was the national manager for their virtual construction department. At Suffolk, he worked on several notable Boston projects, including Wynn Boston Harbor, the South Station Tower, and the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Hale Building for Transformative Medicine.
