He studied Civil Engineering and Adhesive Engineering in Germany, graduating in 2016 with a Master’s degree.
Following his graduation, he joined the seele group in 2016 as a Structural Engineer and Adhesive Engineer. During this period, he played a key role in the development of bonded composite panels, contributing to structural performance testing and structural design. He was also responsible for preparing structural calculations for both local and international façade projects involving steel, aluminium, and glass.
In 2020, he transitioned to Seele’s Research & Development department, where he worked on a wide array of projects, including the development of closed cavity façade units, obtaining building approvals such as ETAs, structural performance testing, evaluating new adhesive technology applications, and implementing 3D scanning systems, among others.
From mid-2022 to mid-2024, he led the department as Head of Materials and Testing. The department covered areas such as bonding, welding, screwing, mock-up testing, 3D printing, quality assurance, and building physics.
Since August 2024, he has been serving as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of seele Hong Kong Ltd., overseeing operations in the Hong Kong and China markets.
