He specialises in residential super high-rise design. He has currently designed whats vying to be tallest twin towers in Indian subcontinent – Aradhya Avaan; Largest luxury branded residences in the world – Marriot – Westin Residences in Gurgaon; Single biggest residential completed project in Mumbai MMR with over 10,000 Apartments – Lodha Amara.
Nishant is heading AP Amaravati Govt Complex 1800 Acre with Assembly & High-Court Buildings in consortium with Foster + Partners.
He was invited by the Columbia University, NY as Speaker on Inclusive Cities & to Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi’s residence to present various design ideas to irradicate housing shortage across India with their firms vision “An Affordable House for Every Indian”
