Pablo Alvarez Guerra is an executive with extensive experience in team and project management in technical companies in international environments. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia, as well as from ENSAM in Paris. He also holds an MBA from INSEAD. He has worked in companies and projects ranging from very technical and engineering to broader management.
As Co-CEO of Effisus, Pablo focuses his efforts on developing sustainable solutions for the weatherproofing of buildings serving clients throughout the building value chain with a long-term focus. His leadership drives the company’s mission to improve energy efficiency and safety responsibility, ensuring sustainable value creation for customers and stakeholders.
