He has a solid track record of successful rollout, management and turnaround through astute planning and execution of various activities including improving operations, enhancing business growth & maximising profits through management, internal controls & productivity improvements.
Pallav is a project & construction management specialist with wide range of knowledge pertaining to project planning, execution, advisory, audits, construction management & project development.
He is currently the Head of Project Management for Lotus Green for over 25 million Sqft of Project Development.
He was previously the National Head of Operations & Development Advisory of India’s Largest International Property Consultant, managing technical project advisory for over 49 million Sqft of project development for all asset classes across India.
