Patricia Hauserman serves as Senior Vice President and Building Repositioning Sector Lead of Tishman Construction, an AECOM company. Specializing in the repositioning of buildings, Ms. Hauserman leads a team of experts providing clients with unrivaled expertise in this cost-effective alternative to demolishing and rebuilding. As most of the projects involve fully occupied buildings, Ms. Hauserman’s team has proven highly successful maintaining occupancy while ensuring the safety and working environment for the tenants, workers and public visitors to these buildings.
In this role, she oversees both project financial analytics and construction phases of building repositioning projects including; cost benefit and ROI analysis to determine optimum scope of work for capital investment, estimating, cost control, scheduling, and field staff, while working closely with clients, architects and the project team. Typical scope of work for building repositioning includes façade replacement, MEP infrastructure upgrades, elevator upgrades and lobby renovations. Tishman, Ms. Hauserman has served as Project Executive for many high-profile projects throughout the New York metropolitan area. Tishman’s Building Repositioning Practice has successfully completed 10 million square feet over the past decade, and is presently actively engaged in an additional 10 million square feet. These iconic addresses include 1095 Avenue of the Americas, 330 Madison Avenue, The Jacob Javits Convention Center, 5 Manhattan West, 390 Madison Avenue and 425 Park Avenue as well as thecurrent repositioning of the largest occupied corporate headquarters in New York, toname a few.
Ms. Hauserman is on The Advisory Council for ULI New York, a Board Member of WX (Women Real Estate Executives), and a member of the Ambassador Councilfor Non-Traditional Employment for Women.
